Random Integral Chef’s Knife, Amboyna

Big hefty knife for those big jobs, this one will make the onions cry. Forged from Concentric rings, I used a slightly different patterning method while forging to try give a raindrop ladder pattern. It’s got a big convex grind on the blade, starting thick at the top but coming it very fine at the edge.
