Jörmungandr Chef’s Knife, Spalted Tamarind

Love the juxtaposition of the intricate pattern on the steel with the heavy brut de forge finish. On the fine but firm tip on this blade is perfect for the fiddly jobs you might need it for, yet she’s perfect for those big jobs as well like tackling a butternut squash.
