Fafnir Paring Knife, Spalted Excelsior Handle

No kitchen is complete without a paring knife, something for all those fiddly little jobs. Fafnir is one of my favourite patterns at the moment with its almost feather-like aesthetic. Paired up with a rather unique wood, this would make an excellent addition to anyone’s tool kit. See it in action.
