Bjorkman’s Twist Santoku, Turkish Walnut Burl

I have been using a knife very similar to this in my knife roll this year, and it has ended up being my go-to blade. The size is perfect for most jobs in the kitchen, with the half flat grind being precise yet sturdy. The heavy-textured brut de forge finish next to polished wood and swirling steel make for a bold yet classic look, and the museum fit full tang handle indexes really nicely (and very comfortably) into the hand.
