Random Pattern Integral Bread Knife with Teak Burl Handle
Forged from a round bar of Concentric Layers steel, this bread knife has a heavily hammered brut de forge finish along its length. The blade flows up into an integral bolster which is slightly offset to allow knuckle clearance on your bread board. This knife has a lovely rustic feel to it with the gentle tones from the Teak burl and the brut de forge, perfect on a wooden bread board next to a slightly charred sourdough or crusty country loaf.
