How to care for your Damasteel®

You’ve brought home a tool that will be used for generations without too much worry, such is the beauty of stainless – but there are a few do’s and don’ts we’d like you to consider.

Caring for your Damasteel

First of all, congratulations! Choosing to welcome a piece of Damasteel cutlery in to your home says a lot about the value you place on craftsmanship and artistry. Secondly, if you’ve welcomed a piece of Damasteel into your home but are still feeling unsure about how to care for it, here is a super quick guide:

  • NEVER put your Damasteel in the dishwasher, hand wash only!
  • Clean with gentle dish soap and warm water, then dry with a soft cloth
  • Store in a dry place preferably on a wooden magnetic holder with no steel-on-steel contact
