AMBONYA BURL CHEF KNIFE IN DAMASTEEL RWL 34
This chef knife is made from 3,2mm thick stainless RWL34 with a handle from one of the best looking pieces of stabilized Amboyna that I have ever put on a knife. The burl is extremely tight and the colour of the wood is a pleasing orange and brown hue.
The blade is hand polished and finished with a mirror satin finish.

Blade hight (at heel): 4,6 cm
Steel: 3,2 mm thick Damasteel RWL34*. Made in Söderfors, Sweden.
Blade profile: Full flat zero grind with small secondary edge bevel.
Edge angle: 16 degress
Hardness: 63 HRC
Handle materials: Bronze and stabilized Ambonya burl.
Marked with “C” on the left face of the blade near the handle.
