Heimskringla Integral Full Tang Chefs Knife with Cow Horn Handle
Forged from a round bar of Heimskringla, this chef’s knife is a real work horse. A great size for most jobs in the kitchen, the deep heel and fine but unyielding tip combined with a convex geometry will serve you well in the kitchen. The integral full tang handle not only shows of the beautiful steel to its full potential but is also equally comfortable in a pinch grip or held traditionally. The Steel tapers in both directions from the museum fitted bolster with a pleasing symmetry matched with the tapering Ivory Micarta and Black and Cow’s Horn.
