A carving set forged from a round bar of Damasteel Dense Twist. The knife is deep enough at the heel to provide knuckle clearance on your carving board while being just the right width and length to feel nimble while carving your lovingly prepared meats. The fork features a slight downward curve along its length, which, combined with the integral construction allows it to be offset slightly from the handle for a nicer carving experience. The integral constructions also feature a threaded tang secured with a Corby bolt and a slight museum fit from steel to wood.
