Meet the DCI knife maker - Zac Camacho

Formerly a craft bartender, I began my knifemaking journey in 2016 making my first knife with very basic hand tools and immediately fell in love with the craft. In 2017 I started my business and in 2018 I went full time as a knife maker. I make a wide variety of knives, but due to my background in the service industry and many chef friends, I gravitate towards and specialize in custom high end chef & culinary knives and leather accessories.
